Delivery and Returns Information

When will my order be shipped?

We target all orders to be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Please allow us this time to make sure your order is properly packed and double-checked for quality. Any delays to this with be communicated via email.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Due to all our orders being trackable, we cannot accept liability
for any lost or stolen packages. You will be able to liaise with the courier for any queries.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot process order cancellations at this
time. We begin to process orders once they are received in our system to ensure accuracy for our customers.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

No, unfortunately once your order has been placed, for your
security we cannot change your address. We accept orders based on the information given to us by customers at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that we cannot accept any liability if the address has been entered incorrectly but we will always try our best to help. If a delivery is attempted when you're not in, you'll be able to liaise with the courier for redelivery or redirection of your parcel.

Do you fulfil international orders?

We currently deliver to the UK, US, Europe and Nigeria.

If you wish to ship internationally outside those regions, please contact us at hello@madebyilumo.com to discuss further.

Please note that customs duty may apply and some countries
may put a tax on orders that come into their country. These fees will be the responsibility of our customers.

What is Customs Duty?

Goods - such as the Ilumo products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty
that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into. If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll
be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Ilumo isn't involved in this process.

I’ve received a faulty product

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send the following info to hello@madebyilumo.com :

1) Your Order Number

2) Item Name

3) Photos showing the following:

a. The fault as clearly as possible

b. Full length photo of the item

c. The Ilumo packaging

Once done, our returns team will be in touch within 3 working days.
