Orders placed before 12PM (UK) Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside this time are dispatched on the next working day. All deliveries are tracked. U.K. Standard - Delivered within 48-hours after dispatch. Next Working Day - Delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.

International Orders will have an extended delivery window depending on location. All tracking information will be shared with customer.

No, unfortunately once your order has been placed, for your security we cannot change your address.

Please be aware that we cannot accept any liability if the address has been entered incorrectly. If a delivery is attempted when you're not in, you'll be able to liaise with the courier for redelivery or redirection of your parcel.
